Description:

This webinar provides an overview of CMS’ recently announced models under the Primary Cares Initiative, which is intended to expand access to advanced primary care services. There are two model pathways, Primary Care First and Direct Contracting, and this webinar will focus on Primary Care First through the lens of a LM practitioner. Alston & Bird will cover important details on timing and model design as well as key considerations for interested parties and how best to prepare. Throughout the presentation, we plan to highlight how certain elements of the model options could leverage LM and how practitioners could use LM to improve care.

Learning Objectives:
1. Review the intent, design, and timing of these models
2. Discuss key considerations for participation
3. Describe how to best prepare and position your practice for success
