Description:
This webinar will begin by discussing the significant impact COVID-19 has had on vulnerable communities and communities of color. We will then move to a broader discussion on health disparities and the social determinants of health. We will also discuss the powerful role of Lifestyle Medicine to successfully address these long-standing disparities.

2. Define the social determinants of health.
