Description:

Lifestyle medicine (LM) has demonstrated its power to achieve the quadruple aim and become the solution to sustainable and equitable health care delivery. The Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) program is uniquely positioned to provide lifestyle medicine to patients within a nationally funded primary care system throughout the nation.

The success of Springfield Medical Care to implement lifestyle medicine in their FQHC is a huge source of inspiration that can be replicated at other FQHCs nationally. What started with a single ABLM board certified physician in 2017 has blossomed into an entire system-wide integration and cultural shift towards lifestyle medicine practices and principals. Not only has their patient panel grown by 673% since inception two years ago, it has also achieved statistically significant improvements in key behavioral health and clinical indicators. Tune in to this complimentary ACLM webinar to hear how they did it and how you can do the same.
